Lester Limón is the owner of p3. He is available to speak, both as a keynote or breakout presenter, on many architecture and community development topics. He is a skilled, informed moderator for panel discussions, and a passionate participant for panels requiring a knowledgeable voice or advocate.

Serving many years on the Newton/North Newton Area Planning Commission, Lester’s interests in community engagement/development, long-term master planning and community planning/zoning led him to become NCI Charrette Accredited in 2013. NCI accreditation is important because it provides the client with a trained professional who can deliver a tested process yielding expected results. It is standardized and organized, can be quantified and tested, and is scalable depending on the issues to be resolved. Engagement techniques and organization are useful for architectural, planning and community communication solutions.

An important distinction, Lester is certified by NCI both in charrette facilitation and management. A charrette facilitator is present only for the duration of the charrette experience; the charrette manager sets the charrette schedule and pre- and post-timeline, and is responsible for all coordination between the charrette team and the client. The charrette manager writes the final report and is responsible for the final deliverables.
