Charrette Case Study
Scenario:
A municipal government, community group or private company wishes to pursue a collaborative exercise focusing on a single project or area. Leadership desires that diverse voices be heard and diverse opinions incorporated into a single, united solution with consensus from all interested parties and stakeholders.

Using the NCI Charrette Method, we utilize the following organizational structure:
Phase 1: Research, Education and Charrette* Preparation

*A charrette is a very intensive problem-solving design tool used in a collaborative way to produce a single vision from multiple stakeholders in a short amount of time. Projects range from downtown master plans to community park designs. It can be commissioned by governments, private industry or community groups.

p3 Deliverables:
- The client receives a report documenting and summarizing the research produced in Phase 1 and copies of all the studies.
- Phase 2 produces plans and plan development that is presented in semi-completed form for the final solution direction. The client receives all prior solutions generated.
- Phase 3 reveals the final and best solution. The client receives fully rendered examples of the solution along with the final report documenting the implementation strategies and projected timeline for each facet of the project.
