• p3 utilizes a variety of techniques and models, including a SWOT analysis, Photovoice, appreciative inquiry, community surveys and public forums, to elicit information on the current community status.
• p3 organizes the survey using the Community Capitals Framework. Each community capital is broken into individual studies for analysis.

p3 Deliverables:

• p3 facilitates public meetings and forums.
• p3 develops specific surveys based on the type of information desired.
• p3 codes the responses using the Community Capitals Framework.
• p3 develops a written report with background data and results.
