Property and HOA Management

Scenario:

  2. A business owns property but lacks the human resources to make regular visits and ensure the property meets owner expectations for the investment.

  1. p3 meets with a representative of the homeowners/landowners association and develops a contract for a schedule of regular meetings to address needs, desires and legal obligations.
  2. p3 meets with the business owner to determine what types of properties require attention and the scope of the desired attention.

p3 Deliverables:

    • Attendance at regular meetings and development of business agendas
      • Robert’s Rules of Order observed to ensure all meetings are orderly and professional
      • Recommendation of agenda topics
    • Regular written notes and files to ensure legal compliance
    • Observation of all legal regulatory submissions to ensure the stability and validity of the group
    • Regular visits to the property to observe existing conditions
    • Recommendations for changes in maintenance or procedures to ensure the investment remains solid
    • Regular, written reports based on each visit to the property(s)
